Inc. obtains worldwide exclusive sales rights of Ferran Scientific instrumentation in the Gas Measurement, Analysis, and Control area. The instruments includes the Micropole SYMPHONY Residual Gas Analyzer (RGA), the TRIO Capacitance Diaphragm Gauge (CDG) and their respective related products Due to its revolutionary small size, higher pressure operation capabilities, and low cost, the Micropole mass spectrometric RGA has enabled numerous applications on the production line in major industries such as semiconductor chip manufacturing and vacuum coating. processes.
